The Solution

 

We put together a proposal with about 4 possible destinations and Lisbon was chosen due to its warm climate in October and extremely good value for money.  The Sana Hotel Lisboa proved a good choice as the conference facilities, service and food were all excellent.

Highlights & Challenges

  • Fun panoramic Tuk Tuk transfer to the restaurant on the first evening. A great start to the event and a chance to see some of the sights of Lisbon
  •  Accommodating last minute attendees into the programme as numbers increased
  • Sourcing unusual items for the conference
